Sale information / guidelines:
1. When you arrive, please buzz the number for 'Conlin' from the front door and I will let you in
2. The sale is 'first come, first serve' from 12pm to 3pm. To be fair, I will not be allowing people to come to the apartment before Saturday at 12 noon.
3. All items are as is. Where possible I've noted defects or uncertainties as I know them. There is no warranty on any item.
4. Please bring a suitable vehicle and people to help you carry your items out of the 26th floor apartment, on to the elevator and out to your vehicle. We do not deliver, nor will we be helping to move any items, particularly the larger ones. The items are priced fairly to incent people to come pick this stuff up.
5. Cash only. No Cheques.
