Sale information / guidelines:
1. When you arrive, please buzz the number for 'Conlin' from the front door and I will let you in
2. The sale is 'first come, first serve' from 12pm to 3pm. To be fair, I will not be allowing people to come to the apartment before Saturday at 12 noon.
3. All items are as is. Where possible I've noted defects or uncertainties as I know them. There is no warranty on any item.
4. Please bring a suitable vehicle and people to help you carry your items out of the 26th floor apartment, on to the elevator and out to your vehicle. We do not deliver, nor will we be helping to move any items, particularly the larger ones. The items are priced fairly to incent people to come pick this stuff up.

Entertainment Unit - $30
Excellent unit. Glass doors with stereo cabinet. Many sliding drawers, etc. TV area has sliding panels that close over it. This isn't Ikea, and is solid wood built. Some damage to a fascia panel in the rear as it was cut away to make allowance for plugs. Otherwise in great condition. Obviously none of the contents shown are inclued.
Blue Leather Recliner - $40
This thing is in excellent shape - no scratches, marks, etc. Really comfortable, and reclines as well as rotates. Great chair overall. Real leather.
Matching Couch and Chair - Floral Pattern - $10 for both
Fabric could use a cleaning, but otherwise in very good structural and stich shape. These shouldn't go to the dump, they have many years left in them.
Wood Desk - $5
Solid wood. Bottom drawer is broken: needs new rollers. In rough shape but could be brought back to life with some guides and a quick stain.

Like new, in great condition. Only 2-3 years old. Model DV-275-S, Dolby Digital, RW Compatible. 17" wide x 2.5" high.

Nice lamp in good condition.
Shape is 17" wide at max and whole lamp is about 29" tall.
Humidifier - $10
Large humidifier with multiple water bays. Not even sure how it works - you can come see if you can figure it out. Was not used very much. About 23" wide by x 22"high.
Sony Wega KV24FV12 24" Flat Screen Television - $100
TV is about 4-5 years old. Great condition, except for the remote which works fine, but has duct tape on it to hold on the battery cover. TV is in perfect working order and has excellent picture quality. Dimensions are 25" wide, 20.5" high, about 20" deep.
